How do I order a video greeting?
1. Choose a song our friends from Africa will dance to.
2. Come up with 2-4 sentences for our friends to say. These sentences will be written on a board.
3. Tell us exactly what you want our friends to pronounce.
4. Add a picture of the person you want to surprise.
5. Once the video is finished, it will be delivered via email within 1-3 days. Please also remember to check your spam folder.
Can they say my greeting in Danish?
Yes, but they have difficulty pronouncing Danish words so it can be difficult to understand what they are saying unless you buy editing that includes subtitles.
However, we strongly recommend that you write your greeting in English as it is easier for them to pronounce.
Can I let them say anything?
We only accept positive messages and do not accept religious or political opinions. If we detect anything inappropriate in your request, we will ask you to change it.
How long does a video last?
A video lasts approximately 30 to 60 seconds. The perfect length for sharing your video greeting with your friends on social media.
Do we share footage on social media?
Only with your permission! you will be asked if we can share it before you buy :)
Am I entitled to a refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. Each recording is made as a special order according to your wishes. In special circumstances, you can contact us by email:
